A generic request usually returns a balance summary and payment history — the internal notes, ownership chain, and data-sharing trail are rarely volunteered unless specifically asked for. Getting them requires the request to name these categories directly, and to be identity-verified so the collector can't legitimately pause the clock on ID grounds alone.
